Red River West is made up of Joe and Linda Brown, as well as Joe's sister Gency Brown. All have a significant musical background in several genres of music.

Says Joe: "Our set always includes several pieces that focus on the tight harmonies typically associated with The Sons of the Pioneers, as well as several duets and solos that bring a blend of music spanning time from the 30s through today."
