THE ANTELOPE VALLEY GUITAR SOCIETY
Pickers, grinners, saints and sinners, bangers, strummers, rockers and hummers -- all are welcome to join the Antelope Valley Guitar Society. The AVGS provides support for professional and amateur guitarists through performance. All styles of guitar music (singing too) allowed - although we prefer acoustic guitars, or guitars with quick plug in to a PA system to minimize set-up time and allow all members a chance to perform. No membership fee is required - just show up and play (PG or G Rated Music Please!). You will have opportunity to perform 2 pieces - 3 pieces will be allowed but can not exceed 10 minutes total. Please practice and be "In Tune" prior to performing - basically, our motto is: "Have Fun and Be Ready to Do Your Thing..."
